For one reason or another, it has become a common belief that Nebula Industries and Frozen Assets is an enemy of the HMA. In reality, nothing could be further from the truth. Aside from a few squeaky wheels, Nebula leadership and line have supported our efforts from very early on. Likewise, we have frequently recommended them to new industrialists and miners as a prospective alliance. No other organization, with the possible exception of RogueCorp, is as intertwined with the fabric of the HMA. So, it should come as no surprise, that RogueCorp is finally making it official. Effective today, RogueCorp has become a member of Nebula family.
So, what does this mean to you, the average HMA participant? Honestly, very little. Despite opinions to the contrary, the HMA was not a RogueCorp thing nor is it now a Nebula thing. The HMA is a public organization and belongs to and benefits anyone who wants to participate in it. That being said, I would expect to see an increase in participation as we put to bed this fabricated rivalry. To help solidify this understanding, all HMA assets and infrastructure will be handed off to Hek Mining Association which will retain its position as an independent corporation.
